Clockwork Orange Movie "Got Moloko?" Mens and Womens T-Shirt
Welly well, well... me little droogies... what, then, didst thou in thy mind, have?
Helping the sophistos thru an eve of ultra-violence, with Georgie and Dim, me droogs... well shagged and fagged and fashed, ours head down the Korova Bar for a bit of moloko synthemesc, or fine drencrom... moloko-plus, real horroshow!
Haha... tell me that very first Shakespeare bit isn't the best written line in the entire Clockwork Orange film (or any other movie for that matter)... pure genius... although, Alex (played by the inimitable Malcolm McDowell) pickup line to the girl in the Music Bootick (record store) comes in a close second...
"What you got back home, little sister, to play your fuzzy warbles on? I bet you got little save pitiful portable picnic players. Come with Uncle and hear all proper. Hear angel trumpets and devil trombones. You. are. invited!"
Wicked sharp, brilliant writing by Anthony Burgess, the original author of the Clockwork Orange book... save, film director Stanley Kubrick is not to be forgotten here either... Clockwork is one of the few movies that simply never gets old... you can memorize every line, but I viddy it's all brand new upon next view.
It's simply amazing how much thought was put into developing the characters, the society, the environments and the story... it's a lot like the cult movie Sid & Nancy... but in that case, it was Gary Oldmans stunningly realistic performance of Sid Vicious that rivets the viewer... and the dialog, oh, the voracious punk rock dialog... so many good lines in both these classic underground anarchy flicks.
Now, we've all seen some standard Clockwork Orange t-shirt designs out there, but nothing much unique, no subtlety... which is why we chose to focus on the essence of the film, rather than the obvious... slyly blending a slogan we all know and love, with something much more sinister... something true fans of the film should find quite entertaining.
So grab one and wear it, knowing well that most won't grasp the innuendo... just be careful not to find yourself number "655321"... a street facist droog has much to beware the Ludivigo Technique!
