Bet you didn't know that Merlin the Magician was the child of an Incubus... did you?

An incubus is essentially a demon that sleeps with human women in order to sire children to the human world, magical children... I suppose that kinda throws the bands initial naming intentions into a brighter light... but we love it... it's a very clever and insidious rock band name!

Nonetheless, you can't fault a band for having dark intentions in their early days... after all, that's the spirit of rock and roll that attracts us in the first place!

But then, it's what happens afterwards that makes all the difference... once you've gained the ground, earned the respect and become the star... then what do you with your power? That's the moment of truth, the moment that makes a person who they are, the final decision to be something and follow it to the end... that's where this band chose the right direction, and politicians tend to always choose the opposite.

We won't get into the details of politics and war, but we'll just say this...
as usual, the government is killing us... and the music is saving us.
