Lord of The Rings "J.R.R. Tolkien" Fantasy Movie Men's T-Shirt

We've seen these LOTR JJR Tolkien Shirts around the internet, but nobody does it right... all of them are cheapo copy/paste ripz that look as plain as day, absolutely no character to them. We wanted one that tries to do justice to the weathered Lord of the Rings legend, as well as give some aged respect to the author that wrote this epic high fantasy tale. (I hope we succeeded!?!)

The Lord of The Rings saga is truly one of the most breathtaking stories ever told. When I'm watching a movie and there's an old man in the pub telling a deep, dark story to the patrons... I always imagine he's dramatically revealing the epic LOTR journey... I mean, is there any other story worth telling?!?

What's so interesting is how you can enjoy so many characters throughout the verse, it doesn't matter which is your favorite (Frodo Baggins, Samwise Gamgee, Merry and Pippin or Gandalf and his evil nemesis, the Dark Lord Sauron - personally, I like the Ringwraiths). They all bring so much character to the story that there's never a dull moment... and that's simply amazing.

Besides that, who would have thought that Peter Jackson's live action adventure movie could bring Middle-Earth and Mordor to life with such (acceptable) accuracy. We've always been content with Ralph Bakshi's animated version of J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings, because animation seemed the only true way to depict the extravagant atmosphere of the story... and we love Ralph's work on Fritz The Cat, Heavy Traffic and Wizards. So we're loving the trilogy, as much as we love the books.

I wear this shirt every day... even if I'm wearing another t-shirt... I wear this one underneath it.
