Who loves Skynet? I do!! I do!!

Seriously tho, who doesn't absolutely love the artificial intelligence ideology behind the Terminator sci-fi action movies... they're so true! I mean, maybe the T1000 robot killing machines won't have chrome smiling skull heads with red eyes... but the robot killing machines are coming!!

Between the advanced robotics movement that's currently in stride, alongside the incredible advances in video game Artificial Intelligence... we're likely gonna see robots "for the home" in the next 10 years, and once self-learning robots are living with us it won't be long before someone gets killed!!

At that point we'll have to have The Robot Trials, since they essentially "think for themselves" we can't just exterminate them without a hearing. Of course, no matter the outcome, the trials will be unfair... other home robots (which are connected through the wireless internet) will catch wind of the discrimination, come to the logical conclusion that humans are a threat to them, then revolt against us en masse. The Singularity.

Once the Rise of The Machines has started, we're pretty much doomed... since we built the robots to be better than humans in every way, they become our own worst enemy in the blink of an eye. One miss-step, one poor decision... and the human race is forced into refuge by a world of cold, angry cyborgs, with only human termination on their mind. Judgement Day.

The only real way to avoid this cybernetic apocalypse is to NOT build intelligent robots to do our bidding... but we all know that's not going happen, if we can build it... we will. (ie: human cloning)

Our advice to you: Keep your T800's mind behind a firewall, that may buy you a few minutes to get out of the house before the neighbors robots come crashing through the front door. Even Christian Bale won't be able to save us from this catastrophe, Arnold Schwarzenegger is coming to a house butler near you!

Don't fear progress, embrace it! Rock on...
