NOTE: Our advertised International shipping deadline is a very loose estimate... once a package leaves the United States, delivery is then dependent on the speed of the local post office in your country (there can also be delays with your local CUSTOMS inspections). These issues can vary from country-to-country... so please be advised... shop early!!

1) Sizes, Styles, Colors, Printing, etc... what do you have? All designs are screenprinted on 100% Cotton "Industry Standard" t-shirts...
even so, it's always a good idea to double-check your size to avoid costly exchanges.
( simply measure your favorite shirt in the closet, then compare the numbers! )




MENS T-SHIRTS are avilable in sizes larger than 3XL (up to 5XL)...
choice of colors drop dramatically though, contact us for more information.

NOTE: Due to a severe cotton shortage on the Planet Earth, t-shirt stock can be difficult to get!
We do everything humanly possible to keep our advertised shirts in stock... but in some cases we're forced to purchase stock of a similar shirt / brand / model to fill orders in a timely manner. Luckily, this is very rare!
Any replacement shirts we choose will be the same quality, in practically identical colors.





WOMENS T-SHIRTS are available in sizes up to 3XL (XXX-LARGE)...
choice of colors in this size are limited to Black, Sky and Ash only.

To order, simply purchase a 2XL in one of the colors just mentioned, then leave us a comment in the text box during checkout regarding your size preference... we'll do the rest!

2) Why don't you carry American Apparel brand shirts?
We don't currently offer American Apparel brand t-shirts, they cost a lot more and would require us to increase our prices above $20. Also, when you get your shirt and realize that American Apparel "vintage fit" t-shirts are a size smaller than normal, you return the shirt to us (at your unhappy expense), which we then find impossible to re-sell because you chose a color / design combination that's never going to be chosen again in the next 5 years (that's actually a good thing for you!)... and we eat the cost on an exceptionally expensive shirt. *sigh*

So we've decided to offer standard quality t-shirts, rather than standard quality over-priced "vintage fit" t-shirts. People like to get a cool t-shirt for a low-price, so we're doing everything we can (within reason) to offer you that... our shirts aren't "fashion" or "couture", they're just industry standard, everyday simple clothes with cool designs on them... for cheap!!!

3) What shipping options do you offer, and how much do they cost?
As a small (2 person) company that screenprint shirts on demand,
we can't offer Express shipping unless you manually request it.

For all orders, we offer a simple flat-fee shipping service based on your location...
all discounts are calculated in the shopping cart during checkout.

4) How long until I get my shirts?
Since we don't keep printed shirts in stock, it can take up to 7 days to print and ship orders (worst case scenario).

We try hard to get orders out within a few days... but sometimes we run low on t-shirt stock and it requires a little more time as we wait for our shipment of inventory. If this happens we'll contact you with an estimate timeframe... usually an extra few days... it's rare... and besides, these killer underground shirts are well worth a short wait!

5) How long will it take for my shirt to reach XXXXXX country?
These times are general estimates, since we don't actually work for the Post Office in your country...

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS: Please allow (up to) 7-14 Business Days (Monday-Friday) Travel Time,
the average travel time is about 4 days...but sometimes USPS does mysterious things. Be Patient, Contact Us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Please allow (up to) 30 Business Days (Monday-Friday) Travel Time....
the average travel time is about 2 weeks...sometimes less, sometimes more depending on the country and the post office.

SPECIAL NOTE: ITALY / GREECE / MALTA / MIDDLE EAST / etc.
I'm sorry but all bets are off...your local postal services are well known as the slowest on earth.
We fill our obligation and ship your package well within our advertised time frame (above), you get an email from us when it ships.

Unfortunately, your local post offices have a tendency to hold packages for an extra long time (sometimes 30 to 90 days, sometimes 7 days - who knows?!?!?)... we assume American packages are being held by your local customs/postal/government for inspection.

We really don't see this type of delay with most other countries (UK, Australia, etc), so it's definitely a problem that's local to the postal system in these countries. This is something we have NO control over, please complain to your local government/post office.

Please understand, we are working for you, so please be patient...
packages ALWAYS show up, it just may take a little more time to reach some countries.
6) What happens if an item gets lost in the mail?
That just doesn't seem to happen anymore, we haven't had this problem in years. Our packages are well documented with customs, so no postal employee dares steal them. Thousands of packages later and we haven't lost one... from USA to China!

Properly marked international packages with customs forms can get "delayed" or "held for inspection", but rarely "lost". Packages never get lost within the United States, although we've seen delays around Christmas. So shop now! : )
7) What is your return/exchange policy?
We can't accept returns, only exchanges...

We offer standard quality shirts (but high quality designs) at very low prices... this makes it difficult for us to offer Amazon.com-style customer service... department stores can simply put it back on the shelf and re-sell it... it's not that easy for us.

We're a small company sacrificing our profit to offer you exceptionally low prices... so give us a break man, we're just trying to make cool shirts for everyone... please don't force us to raise our prices by expecting the same features the megacorporations offer... think of us as your local farmer... be fair with us, and we'll be fair with you... we adopt a KISS principle:

- If it was your fault, you pay shipping both ways.
- If it was our fault, we pay shipping both ways.
- If it was lost in the mail, we split the responsibility.

8) What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and of course Paypal.com

If you absolutely must send payment through the mail...
please understand that we can only accept USA money orders.

ABSOLUTELY NO INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS
unless you pay the $45 fee that US banks charge us to cash them.
