F.A.Q.
Since we don't keep printed shirts in stock, it can take up to 7 days to print and ship orders (worst case scenario).
We try hard to get orders out within a few days... but sometimes we run low on t-shirt stock and it requires a little more time as we wait for our shipment of inventory. If this happens we'll contact you with an estimate timeframe... usually an extra few days... it's rare... and besides, these killer underground shirts are well worth a short wait!

These times are general estimates, since we don't actually work for the Post Office in your country...
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS: Please allow (up to) 7-14 Business Days (Monday-Friday) Travel Time,
the average travel time is about 4 days...but sometimes USPS does mysterious things. Be Patient, Contact Us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Please allow (up to) 30 Business Days (Monday-Friday) Travel Time....
the average travel time is about 2 weeks...sometimes less, sometimes more depending on the country and the post office.
SPECIAL NOTE: ITALY / GREECE / MALTA / MIDDLE EAST / etc.
I'm sorry but all bets are off...your local postal services are well known as the slowest on earth.
We fill our obligation and ship your package well within our advertised time frame (above), you get an email from us when it ships.
Unfortunately, your local post offices have a tendency to hold packages for an extra long time (sometimes 30 to 90 days, sometimes 7 days - who knows?!?!?)... we assume American packages are being held by your local customs/postal/government for inspection.
We really don't see this type of delay with most other countries (UK, Australia, etc), so it's definitely a problem that's local to the postal system in these countries. This is something we have NO control over, please complain to your local government/post office.
Please understand, we are working for you, so please be patient...
packages ALWAYS show up, it just may take a little more time to reach some countries.
That just doesn't seem to happen anymore, we haven't had this problem in years. Our packages are well documented with customs, so no postal employee dares steal them. Thousands of packages later and we haven't lost one... from USA to China!
Properly marked international packages with customs forms can get "delayed" or "held for inspection", but rarely "lost". Packages never get lost within the United States, although we've seen delays around Christmas. So shop now! : )
We can't accept returns, only exchanges...
We offer standard quality shirts (but high quality designs) at very low prices... this makes it difficult for us to offer Amazon.com-style customer service... department stores can simply put it back on the shelf and re-sell it... it's not that easy for us.
We're a small company sacrificing our profit to offer you exceptionally low prices... so give us a break man, we're just trying to make cool shirts for everyone... please don't force us to raise our prices by expecting the same features the megacorporations offer... think of us as your local farmer... be fair with us, and we'll be fair with you... we adopt a KISS principle:
- If it was your fault, you pay shipping both ways.
- If it was our fault, we pay shipping both ways.
- If it was lost in the mail, you pay shipping and we send a free shirt. (contact us!!)

please understand that we can only accept USA money orders.
ABSOLUTELY NO INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS
unless you pay the $45 fee that US banks charge us to cash them.
