“For the Soul there is never Birth nor Death. Nor, having once been, does he ever cease to be. He is Unborn, eternal, ever-existing, undying and primevil. He is not slain when the body is slain.”

The riddle of Life has been contemplated and explored as a birthright of every man who has ever existed… there is much to discuss, and Nothing to say… though some mystics, poets, philosophers and quantum physicists have had a way with words that express the paradoxical nature of the Truest Reality in a most charming and delicate way. Musicians tend to convey these truths regularly through their lyrics, if one has cultivated the Awareness…

“I keep traveling around the bend. There was no beginning, there is no end. It wasn't born, and never dies. There are no edges, there is no size. Oh yeah, you just don't win. It's so far out - the way out is in.”

One of the most spectacular expressions in history is the “Tao Te Ching” (translate: Way of Integrity). Written, or compiled, around 400 BC by a mysterious Chinese mystic known as Lao Tzu (translate: Old Master); the founder of philosophical Taoism.
Tao Te Ching has an immutable charm in it’s wordcraft, which can help any Seeker cognize the deeper essence of this “reality” we presume to resides in… besides that, it is simply beautiful poetry that induces thought-provoking riddles in the engaged psyche…

Tao Te Ching - Chapter 25:
There was something formless and perfect
before the universe was born.
It is serene. Empty.
Solitary. Unchanging.
Infinite. Eternally present.
It is the mother of the universe.
For lack of a better name,
I call it the Tao.
It flows through all things,
inside and outside, and returns
to the origin of all things.
The Tao is great.
The universe is great.
Earth is great.
Man is great.
These are the four great powers.
Man follows the earth.
Earth follows the universe.
The universe follows the Tao.
The Tao follows only itself.

I mention some Quantum Physicists having a way with words regarding theoretical descriptions of Reality, which is literally the search for Truth through a Materialist lens… ironically, making these Science-oriented Realists the polar relative of the Esoteric Seeker. All of whom eventually reach similar viewpoints as their contemporary opposites.
Science thinks Mysticism is crazy for believing in the Metaphysical. Dogmatic Mysticism thinks Science is crazy for obtusely clinging to Materialism.
The Enlightened accepts both views without conflict, knowing they both lead to the same Realization…
Nothing is where Everything is contained, and that Nothing itself is the Creator of Everything… which we cannot See.
Life is a perfect, blinding Paradox.
